The app is fine, helpful even, but Snapshot sucks. You're required to allow it constant access & it drains the battery. Turning it off doesn't help bc it'll turn itself back on even if the phone hasn't moved at all. The driving records are inaccurate, too. Some are logged, some are not. If you use hand-free through Bluetooth, it'll log it as if you're using the device. It has logged my trips as if I'm riding on a bus/bicycle & if you hit a pothole it activates hard braking. It's not worth the $.

Bogus! When trying to log in, using two step authentication. when it text messages me my pen.It is an hour's time before the text message with pen.Comes in and then it doesn't work anyway. Can't log in, can't pay the bill. App is junk. Also would be great to be able to look at old policies. As if to proove financial responsibility during previous policies.

Great service since you still have humans, and that's the main reason I stick with your team. However, the billing dates, process, and withdrawal are completely random , different amounts, and do not match with the info provided over the phone. In the long run, everything ads up, but a random $250 dump on the credit isn't what I expected after a quick policy change.
