Once good; now terrible. The app keeps crashing, both on my phone and on my desktop computer. Troubleshooting methods don't always work, and contacting a human - as opposed to a useless chatbot "virtual assistant" - is impossible. Today, I submitted a help form for support with the "make payment" option, which keeps crashing, and got an error report when I submitted the form too. Sick of how glitchy the app has become and now looking into changing banks.

This is the worse app in the history of apps! Super slow, crashes absolutely every time I try to use it. How am I supposed to pay my bills if the app keeps crashing?? I cannot believe a banking app as awful as this one is even allowed to be distributed! It truly makes me think of switching banks because if they accept having such a BAD app, how can I trust them? Extremely, extremely disappointed...

App has very limited features and is truly irritating in its implementation of those that do work. It looks better and runs faster than CSX app from Credit Suisse, but that's where its advantages end. Text searches in payments? Forget it, it only works from the accounts view. Want to repeat a payment you found? Forget it, it only works from the payments view (where search doesn't work). Want to know how upcoming payments will affect your account balance? No way, you have to use Excel. And so on.
