Generally I don't really care that this app has so many ads, until last night's (Oct 21 2021) extreme weather event when I was trying to open the live feed and was stuck with a 30 second unskippable ad. It would have been really nice to know if a tornado was barreling down on my location, instead of hearing about Serpentini's latest deals.

links in app do not work, I couldn't email the tech people or manager to tell them things and give feedback on the app so I'll say it here. there are constant grammar and spelling errors in the app and even live on TV at the bottom of the screen. for example, the section to provide anonymous tips has poor grammar in the first sentence! smh.

The font is too small. Can't expand the font like you can on other sites. They show a picture of a criminal and you can't even zoom in. Real geniuses.. I assume they don't want to offend the criminals by allowing you to see them. Whoever designed this web site for 19 Action News in Cleveland must have been a first year tech student at an elementary school.
