all my movies and everything else seems to be torn apart digitally at any given time. Audio and video are unheard and not visible. was told several days after hookup that there was work being done to correct numerous problems and to wait 8 days. we'll it's been over 2 months now and same problem is ongoing. it sucks

The app is incredibly, painfully, slow. Also, setting up time limits for devices works sometimes, sometimes it doesn't. Please fix this dumpster fire.

this by far is the absolute best home internet money can buy and they locked in my bill for a complete in other words 10 years and they are giving me 2 gig for 70$ no more no less I was paying almost a 100$ for a single gig from Lumos so it was a no brainer I
