App is convenient for checking account information. Problem is it is constantly crashing, logging me out without my request, failing to display information, failing to log me in at all, and overall being extremely glitchy and unusable. this occurs about 50% of the time and is usually fixed by my having to delay my banking services until another time.

The main tab for accounts usually does NOT work and frequently displays a blue & white screen with all other tabs functioning properly. Due to this reoccurring issue, I often have to take the following steps to check my account balance: open "Move Money" tab, click "Make an internal transfer," and then click "From" to view my account balances. [These are not the steps for checking & paying bills when the app isn't working properly.]

Superior app, really couldn't ask for more; reflects the great benefits and features of the credit union. Transfers and deposits are posted quickly, often the same day. Very clean and neat appearance of accounts page. Some annoying inconsistencies of late: the activity on our various CD accounts has all but disappeared with only the most recent 2 months being shown. And the login screen keeps changing: I literally cannot tell what it's going to look like from day to day. Why do that?
