Not a good app, very frustrating that you can't cancel your subscription from the app or online. They make you go in or call. Also, the app defaulted me to a different location with a lower subscription price. I've had the company confirm this to me. They then backcharged me for the additional cost of the four sessions at the location I was going to despite saying in an email (which was itself a very frustrating email) the money was "water under the bridge"

downloaded it, entered my email. once it said "welcome back" i knew it recognizes the email from signing up on the website so, i used that password. worked like a charm!

The Leesburg, VA location charged me for premium services when regular was requested. $212 charge should have been around $160. Cancelled membership and will never return to any location. The quality, eh, it's okay but not worth the cost
