With the Skånetrafiken app you can:
- Buy all types of tickets, including: Single, 24-hours, 30-days, Flex 10/30 and more.
- Pay with Swish, card (Mastercard or Visa), or invoice from Swedbank Pay. You can also get email receipts of your purchases.
- Find the quickest route on a map, and view the entire journey from door to door.
- Create shortcuts (favorites) on the front screen for your most common journeys.
- Receive information about ongoing disruptions affecting traffic, or journeys you have chosen to monitor.
- Log in to My Account to have your tickets protected by our lost ticket guarantee, in case you lose your phone.
- Lend your active 30-day ticket to a friend or family member (requires that you are logged in to My Account).

Frustrating! If I'm within range of more than one bus line, the app will routinely HIDE the fastest and closest option, and show me options that are far way, impossible to reach in time, and that do not drive all the way.

The journey planner is useless. If a busstop is changed it would be nice to be shown on the map instead of a commentary you only see when you expand details of the route. If this is an immensely complicated IT task at least put in a description more useful than 'temporary stop on the southern side of XY square'. people usually don't commute with a compass! Also the route planner often does not show the best options and miscalculate exchange times. Please improve this app!

the app works fine , but the terms of service are funny , tickets can not be deactivate on case of problems with the trains , they do provide busses , but if you plan your travel with the train it is inconvenient to be passed around , also we had a small baby so once we decided to not travel , they refuses a refund or to deactivate the app ticket because they provide busses.Plan your trip with this in mind , trains can be cancelled really easily and it happens a lot .
